This intervention called “Comparto 3A” includes a main building, with its 11 out of ground floors, positioned as visual attraction and harmonizing element and other six buildings. Its main structures are made of reinforced concrete. Within the remaining six buildings, the two historical buildings will be object of careful restoration works.
This complex of architectural and technological choices, especially studied for such a high level urban area, gives to the intervention top-level of quality and sustainability, as requested by the best current standards.
Pleasant routes surrounded with greenery will link the commercial and directional heart to the main streets of the downtown.
