The enlargement works of Despar shopping center consist of a main part, which is the new facade on the west side of the building and underground parking, as well as other minor buildings such as construction of elevator shafts, stairwells and changes of the existing body.
From the structural point of view the work was calculated according to the new seismic code O.P.C.M. 3274/03. The horizontal elements are of partial prefab components supplemented with additional castings in site; they have been realized with hollow core concrete slabs and REP beams, steel columns filled with concrete (PDT type) and cover produced by Holzbau Spa from Bressanone (Bz).
