The project is concerning an area of about 9.000 sqm, including an underground floor, developed in two main levels. The project foresees 3 main blocks out of ground, called A, B and C.

Block A (hotel), a 6-floor building with rectangular plan, size of about 25 x 50 m. Block B (bridge-building), a 7-floor building with a roughly trapezoidal plan, size of about 60 x 13 m. Block C (auditorium), a 3-floor out of ground building, with a round shape section plan, size of about 38 x 29 m.

Out of ground buildings need to be split in three blocks because of their different structural typology: block A consists of a pillars and walls bearing structure, made in part of steel and in part of reinforced concrete, and of floors, made in part of prefab elements and in part of reinforced concrete slabs. Block B consists of a steel bearing structure and of partially prefab floors, made of AAC panels (Aerated Autoclaved Concrete), while block C mainly consists of a bearing structure made of reinforced concrete walls and floors. The underground level will be built with reinforced concrete walls and slabs.
