    Seismic verification on the existing body terrace; Final and constructive design of the works concerning the coverage of the terrace and the local connection to the residential part of the structure; internal modification works for approval and accreditation of further 9 places for not self-sufficient guests (with verification regional law L.R. 22/2004 requirements for the whole structure which has a total of 69 places for not self-sufficient guests); Works Supervision, measurements and accounting of works; Safety coordination during design and works execution phases.

On behalf of the Foundation, since 2006 Tre Erre Ingegneria Srl has been involved in the design activity aimed at the gradual completion of the structure based on the business plan prepared by the Board of Directors of the institution. The design activities completed and realized are the following ones:

Project for the renovation of the building in front of the retirement home;

Design for covering of existing terrace;

Design of internal structure modification intended to increase further 9 places for not self-sufficient guests with simultaneous practice of authorization and accreditation at Veneto Region

Feasibility study for the realization of a new access road on the west side of the structure with parking area for visitors and garden.
